Terms of Agreement

Parish Web & Graphics (referred to as PWG from hereon) guarantees 100% satisfaction (up to 14 days after completion of your agreed upon services) of your site. (This does not include the *specials) After the 14 day period, your site will be released and a maintenance fee for any changes made to your site will be charged. Your site may in no way be altered in anyway other than by PWG. Web-site or Homepage owner (you the customer) will be responsible for any fees such as; domain names, site registration, graphics, hosts, etc. These fees are posted in this site. All fees are subject to change without notice. If you choose to use graphics from another source for your website, you must show proof to me that they are registered if required. PWG will not be responsible for the activity or inactivity of your site. Upon completion of your site, your site will be added to my portfolio (this does not include *specials) Also, a logo linking back to this site will be displayed on your main page. You the customer, should understand that not all websites look the same on all browsers. Examples of distortions that browsers may cause: size or font change, recognition of html or java codes. PWG cannot be held responsible for these distortions. I ask you to view your site on several different computers to see the differences. PWG will only design and publish G rated material. PWG will not start on your requests for Graphics or Web Pages until payment is received. PWG promises to do our best work you! If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days after completion of your site, your site will be re-built or your site will be removed from the server and your money refunded to you (again, this does not cover specials). *SPECIALS The rule for specials is simple; you choose the background set you like, you provide a photo if desired, and you provide the personal greeting you would like on your page. Your page will be set up the exact same as the examples, except your photos and information will be added in place of the examples. Once your special is made, there are no refunds. The amount of time that your webpage/website will be hosted is unlimited. If you would like to have your site removed, please contact me and I will remove it for you at no charge.
